Ripple plans to apply for MiCA license to expand in EU market

Odaily News Payment solutions company Ripple has confirmed that it intends to apply for a Crypto Asset Market (MiCA) license to expand into the EU market. A Ripple spokesperson said the company intends to comply with MiCA rules because there are significant opportunities in the European market. Earlier news, Ripple had applied for an electronic money institution license in Luxembourg. Ripple refused to confirm or deny the report, saying only that the company does not have any latest news at the moment. (Cointelegraph)
